If you live in or you’re visiting Barcelona, you might have noticed that although there are numerous cafés around, only a few coffee shops serve a nice proper latte.
As coffee fanatics, we like our lattes warm (not boiling hot 😳) and with the milk steamed to a creamy and velvety texture. Here’s some of our favourite spots which we believe are amongst the best coffee shops in Barcelona.
You will find a number of Syra Coffee outlets around Barcelona. Here you’ll find your usual hot drinks as well as iced coffees and a delicious selection of baked goods like muffins, cookies and more.
Situated in the heart of Eixample, you’ll find a modern and stylish little coffee shop called Ripa Coffee. This is one of our favourite places to stop by for a latte whilst walking around the city. The coffee is amazing, the barista is very friendly and apart from all that, they also serve an exquisite selection of cakes, cookies as well as other goodies like moka pots, coffee beans roasted in Barcelona, and more!
Flax & Kale is the first restaurant and healthy eating chain in Spain to receive the most demanding sustainability certification in the world. Aside from a great selection of coffee and hot drinks, they also have an amazing menu.
Shop from our collections
Dalston Coffee is another small coffee shop bringing you amazing coffee. This outlet is situated in the lovely streets of Raval and you should definitely make a stop here whilst walking around!
If you’re wandering around the streets of Gothic Quarter, you may stumble upon a quaint café called Coto Coffee. We usually love to make a quick stop here for a good cup of Cappucino on our way to Barceloneta Beach.
Located in the beautiful streets of the Gothic Quarter, Right Side Coffee Bar is another coffee shop worth visiting. Unlike some of the previously mentioned shops, this outlet also has a few tables inside in case you prefer to sit down for a coffee and a quick bite!
